We are pleased to be able to participate in a program provided by High Touch High Tech of Greater Atlanta. High Touch High Tech delivers 90 minute, in-school science hands on experience that transform your classroom into a Living Laboratory! Kids become a scientist and learn by doing the actual experiments. These programs are totally hands-on.
The program that our students will be involved in is called Finally Fun Machines
Finally Fun Machines A hands-on and FUN program on machines. Meet the Facilitator, our cool multi-personality compound machine. Engage in pulley power, lifting levers, and incline plane antics as we build one big machine with all six simple ones. Become "energized" as we "work" through potential and kinetic energy.
High Touch High Tech provides all equipment and materials in this supply intensive educational experience. Students receive science certificates and many programs provide take home experiments. Each student is required to pay $8.00 to participate.
Permission slip and money is due no later Friday, November 18, 2011.
