Thank you to the many families that were able to come to visit our classroom tonight!!! It was great to see all of you again and meet some of you for the first time. I look forward to continuing on with a great school year.

Digital Camera?
I am seeking an OLD digital camera for use in the classroom. If anyone has on old digital camera they are no longer using and are willing to DONATE it to our classroom, I would greatly appreciate it. I would love to have the students use it for science as well as some writing activities this school year. Please let me know if you are able to give an old one up for us. Thank you so much.
Change in Bus Policy
Students will no longer be allowed to ride a different bus home with friends. This transportation policy change is happening because our buses are full. This year we are fortunate to have no second load buses but the downside is that our buses are full. If you have a specific situation we need to know about, please bring it to our attention.
Spelling Practice
The website below is a great way for students to practice spelling words at home. Students have the words written in their agendas. Check it out and have fun!!!

Fire Safety Homework
PLEASE make sure that your child completes his/her homework for Fire Safety each night this week. The firefighter reminded them today that they must have it done in order to participte in the field trip to Safety Village next week.
All of the assignments are written in their agendas and 2 lessons are due each day this week. There are some assignments that students will need assistance with and signatures are required on 2 of the tasks. Thank you for your help and support as we work on this very important information.
