PLEASE make sure that your child has his/her Media Center books at school everyday. They should be taken home nightly to read and then returned to school daily for SOAR time (all school silent reading). Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Open House

Hat Day!!!
This Friday, August 28th is Hat Day. Make a donation to the American Cancer Society and your child may enjoy wearing his/her favorite hat to school. Please help support this important cause.

Picture Day will be October 7th. This is a change from what we had originally scheduled. Picture retakes will be November 11th.

Home Folder Information - Field Trip
Home Folders will be coming home tomorrow (Tues. 8/18). One of the items in the folder is a permission slip for Fire Safety. PLEASE make sure to fill out the form for the field trip and return it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This trip is on September 8th and is free for students.
On the form you will also find a place to circle either YES or NO which will let me know if I need to order a sack lunch for your child for the day of the field trip. The sack lunch will have a turkey and cheese sandwich as well as some other healthy items.
