February Fundraiser

Did you know that one 16 ounce water bottle filled to the top with dimes equals $100?  Please help our class and Blackwell’s Relay for Life team raise money for the fight against cancer by sending in your spare dimes.

Blackwell Foundation Movie Night

Friday, January 23rd the Blackwell Foundation presents Meet the Robinsons.

Bring a blanket and come join us for a family movie night in the cafeteria.

Doors open at 6:00pm and the movie starts at 6:30pm

Popcorn, drinks and candy will be available for puchase.

Hot dogs, hamburgers are being pre-sold now so sign up quick!!!

Chick-fil-A Spirit Night

Thursday, January 22nd is Blackwell's Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A on Chastain Rd. 

Chick-fil-A will donate 20% of Blackwell sales (from 5:00-8:00pm) to the PTA so PLEASE come out and "Eat Mor Chickin"! 

Mrs. Sweeney, Ms. Crozier, Ms. Crosby and Mrs. McGee will all be there working at the counter.  Come out and order from your teachers.  The class with the most participation will win an incentive party with snacks provided by Chick-fil-A!!!

Scholastic Book Orders

Scholastic Book order forms were sent home last week.  These orders are due no later than Tuesday, February 3rd.

If you choose to order, PLEASE send in the exact cash amount or if you choose to write a check, make the check payable to BLACKWELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

Change in Schedule - Conference Week

January 26-30th is Conference Week and students will be dismissed two hours early (12:20pm).  Due to the early release time, lunch and specials will be at a different time.  See the schedule below.

4th grade Specials

McGee  - 11:20-11:50
