• Don't forget that next Monday, September 5th, is Labor Day and there will be no school!
• I would like for every student to bring in an empty cereal box. If you have more than one you can send in that would be great.
• I appreciate all of you checking your child's folder and making sure their homework is turned in every Friday. We were 100% on returning our homework last week. Please make sure you check over your child's homework before it is returned. This is an opportunity for you to reinforce skills that we are studying in the classroom.
• Mark your calendars for September 13th for Open House.

Welcome to Second Grade!

I look forward to working with each of you this year.  We have a classroom full of wonderful students that are eager to learn.  Please check your child's folder daily for any communication from me.  Any time you need to send me a note please put it in your child's folder.  I check the folders first thing when the students come in the classroom. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year!
