Please use the new bus pass when changing busses! This is required now. This form is also on the school website. This is only necessary when riding a different color bus.
Please also be aware that if there is a transportation change from the normal, a SIGNED NOTE must be sent in. Faxes, emails and phone calls are not acceptable.
