Thanksgiving Feast

Join us on Thursday, November 19th for our Thanksgiving Feast in the cafeteria.  Our regular lunch time is 12:26pm.  We will be served Turkey with all the trimmings.  Students are the normal fee, $1.60 and all guests are $2.50 (all ages non-Blackwell).   

Foundation News

The Blackwell Foundation sent home envelopes for our $10 for Technology drive in October and we greatly appreciate the donations we've already received. Cobb County School district is installing SMARTboards in every classroom ... and now there are a lot of extra things we'd like to purchase to enhance the use of this technology. Your $10 for Technology donation will help us make these purchases! You can send donations in the original envelope or place in your own envelope marked "Blackwell Foundation". Please make checks payable to: CCPS-EF.

Remember: The class with the highest participation by December 10, 2009 will receive a pizza party!

Book Fair Is Here!!

The book fair has arrived at Blackwell Elementary!  Preview week for the students is this week.  We will go and look at books and make a wish list.  Next week, students may go down and get the books.  Just send in the money with them in the morning.  Parent Night is also next week.  Click on the link for more information.  Book Fair Information
